Terms & Conditions

Pricing, Ordering, Payment & Delivery:
By requesting samples or placing an order with us at Front Page Print, indicates you are in full agreement with our Terms & Conditions. 


All Prices are stated in £Sterling (GBP). Any postage and packaging will be added to your invoice.


All our prices are inclusive of VAT


All scanning/setting up charges, sample products and postage where applicable are payable even if an order is not placed.


All samples will be charged for at the full price. Front Page Print retains the right to use any “production over runs or seconds” cards in sample packs sent out to prospective clients & they will be clearly marked as such. Alternatively, we may sell them and the proceeds go to our nominated charity


Unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing, upon receipt of your order, an invoice will be issued normally within 2 working days, either by email or post. This invoice is due for immediate payment and upon receipt of cleared payment a delivery/collection date will be advised.


Work will not commence on your order until payment has been received and has cleared in our bank account. Any delay in payment will result in a delay to your order.


Payment can be made by direct bank transfer (BACS), card payment over the phone or cheque by post (please allow a minimum of 3 working days, dependant on your bank for cheque payment to clear once we have received it).


We will always refund by your payment method, if for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order.  

 
In placing an order you undertake to us that all details provided to us for the purpose of the Order and its delivery will be correct. If you should wrongfully fail to sign for and take delivery of your order, we shall be under no obligation to refund the purchase price or postage.


Printing:
All printing will commence after verbal or written approval of a final sample or repeat order (and cleared payment has been received). As all orders are bespoke to you, once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.


Colourfast qualities - any colourfast comments & claims for Fine Art Prints are based on the manufacturer’s accelerated light tests & their recommendations for correct storage under glass & out of direct sunlight. All other products cannot be guaranteed colourfast.


Artwork:
All artwork is retained on our computers at Front Page Print until such time that you request otherwise. We can supply copies of your artwork a USB Stick for a fee of £8.00.


Availability:
All products are offered subject to availability, and we will advise you of any considerable delays, at which time you will be offered a full refund should this not be acceptable.


Shipping & Lead Times:


Samples will usually be printed & dispatched within 3-5 working days & upon approval of samples, the order should be ready for dispatch within a further 5-7 working days; subject to cleared payment.


At peak trading times these lead times may increase, and you will be notified at the time of enquiry if applicable.


Any shortages or mistakes on orders must be notified upon receipt. Any errors notified after 10 days cannot be refunded or exchanged.


UK, Postage and Packing:
All postage costs for delivery of your order, sending of samples and return of artwork, will be added to your invoice at the current rates charged by Royal Mail. First class is used at all times unless requested otherwise, or the weight is prohibitive. If a courier delivery is required (normally due to weight), we will advise you of the delivery options and costs prior to invoice so that you can agree this in advance. Delivery is usually within 3 working days of dispatch; however, whilst we do all we can to ensure your orders are delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to bad weather or the delivery company/services.


International, Postage and Packing:

We use International Standard mail services. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination; however, we cannot be held responsible for services provided by the delivery company. If you required International Tracked & Signed For, please contact us for latest prices.


Lost/Damaged deliveries:

We will always securely package and clearly label all deliveries, including a sender label. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries including return of your artwork, however, we will supply postage details if requested. If you are concerned about deliveries being lost or damaged, special deliveries and/or insurance can be arranged and will be added to the postage cost on your invoice (please advise us of the value for insurance).


Return & Cancellation Policy:
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned because they are Incorrect: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, please return the item(s) in the original packaging and once received and verified as our error, we will refund the cost of the return postage and organise a replacement to be sent to you at our cost.
